A hundred years from now, there's a research facility on Mars where the firstborn daughters of illegal nanogenetics have been developed. Their names are Sashimu and Thesni.
Back on Earth, the government finds out about the project and considers it a "crime against humanity." When the government has Sashimu and Thesni captured to be brought back to Earth and stand trial as evidence against their creators, Sashimu and Thesni will do anything to survive.
